SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Warmup Plc is a very successful under floor heating company which has enjoyed considerable growth over the last few years.
Due to this continued growth, Warmup Plc is now looking to recruit a sales support coordinator to expand our existing team.

The role will involve the following:
•    Answering incoming calls from both retailers and the general public
•    Making outgoing sales support calls
•    Providing good customer service
•    Provide dedicated support for our field based sales team
•    Recording accurate information on company database systems
•    Reacting quickly to requests for point of sale and product information

The role would require you to have a good telephone manner and be able to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
Warmup Plc value their employees very highly and is aware that finding the correct person for this role is vital in helping to ensure the growth we have enjoyed continues.
The starting salary will be £16K, with a discretionary bonus dependent upon both company and individual performance and BUPA membership after a three month qualifying period.
