The product’s new dual core heating wire now eliminates the need to loop the wire to the start point making installation fast and comes pre-spaced on a sturdy yet flexible fiberglass mesh, so that it can be quickly rolled on the area to be heated and tiled straight over. The mesh can be cut and shaped to fit around existing furniture (such as tubs, vanities or kitchen units) and because the insulated element is as thin as a nickel, it does not raise floor levels.

Should an installer accidentally damage a heater during installation, Warmup will provide a new one, free of charge*. All heaters are controlled by an Energy Star rated programmable thermostat which is sold separately. Readings from the underfloor probe sensor ensure the precise temperature setting for the floor. Each thermostat allows up to 4 timer settings for each day of the week and includes an energy-consumption monitoring feature for energy efficiency, which is increasingly important as more consumers are concerned about reducing their carbon footprint.
