Warmup Updates Floor Heating Products & Guarantees for Contractors.

Warmup has updated their heater range, making its systems easier than ever to install.

Warmup has launched a new range of heating mats, designed to make installation in larger areas quick and easy. The wire comes already pre-spaced on a sturdy fiberglass mesh; all you have to do is roll the mat out and tile straight over it. And because the wire is only 3mm thick, it does not raise floor levels. It simply gets absorbed into the layer of tile adhesive.

Warmup’s new heater wire is constructed using a thin, dual-core element that makes installation a breeze. Where previously both cable ends had to be wired back to the thermostat, the new dual-wire system now eliminates the need to loop the wire to the start point making installation faster than before. The original loose wire system is ideal for smaller, irregular shaped areas. All Warmup heating products have received BEAB and UL approval.

To complement the heating range, Warmup offers their optional state-of-the-art insulation backer boards which greatly improve energy efficiency, thereby saving money and heating a room up to 10 times faster on both cement and wood subfloors. The running costs for a luxuriously warm floor is around 13 cents per hour [rates vary by state], or the equivalent of 3, 100 watt light bulbs and kits cost from as little as $325.
