My favourite thing about working at Warmup is the people I am surrounded by. Being surrounded by colleagues of all age groups and cultures allows me to learn more about many aspects in life. I also feel the office vibes are different all the time which make it nicer because some days are quiet and others are loud and busy which keeps the atmosphere different all the time. I have also grown as a CAD technician since being here as I can complete tasks 10 times faster than when I first started and continue to get better.

Working at Warmup is both creative and rewarding, with a team spread across the globe yet still feels truly connected. It’s a wonderful feeling to be a part of a team that prides itself on having a supportive culture, where respect and mindfulness come first, but also making sure to achieve our goals whilst having fun along the way.
Our ProTech nights out and company annual awards week showcase how hard work and determination are always rewarded at Warmup. Sometimes the mundane tasks can feel never ending, but fun and laughter are never far away, from pub nights after a long day, to getting overly competitive at bowling or axe throwing, everything is always about the team and having a smile on your face and that’s thanks to the people around me making it a joy to be here

As a person that has worked in various roles within Warmup, I can say it has been a pleasure working for every department. Gaining experience has made me grow from starting as a warehouse operative, testing boxing, making heaters, learning how to pack point of sale items and learning to drive the forklifts. I also worked in dispatch which helped me to understand how the way orders are processed and was able to use my can-do attitude to get things done.
I worked in Projects where I was introduced to the other side of the business which involved me answering the phone more and giving advice to customers and I would send leads to the sales managers to help generate business. If I describe Warmup, I will say it was a cultural melting pot of different people trying to make Warmup a brand to be reckoned with.Highlight of me being at Warmup is winning The Extra Mile award in 2024 it was a very emotional time for me as it was my very first solo trophy.
Warmup is the only company that I know gives you a celebration day off (Birthday) which you can book whenever you want, you get a voucher to help with nappies if you have a child. Theres a reward for staying 10years and 20years and 30 years in the company which is unheard off in other companies.
One company I worked for didn’t even allow music when you worked, they didn’t even provide any tea or coffee everything had to be brought in, or you could use a vending machine. Atmosphere was very depressing. When I started Warmup, I was very pleasantly surprised there was music, everyone was smiling and there was a lot of jokes.
I have made my mark by organising the warehouse, making product specific area’s which has since been mirrored in other warehouses. The thing I like about Warmup is the people. Having the support from the SLT and my own team, has helped me to be the person I am today .
