Lo-16 is comprised of a full set of lightweight yet structurally robust panels that incorporate 500kPa closed-cell, moisture-resistant XPS insulation for superior compressive strength compared to less durable EPS alternatives – making this system perfect for use under high load traffic areas whilst protecting floor finishes from stress cracks.

As a panel-based water underfloor heating system, Warmup’s Lo-16 System adds just 25mm to the floor build-up whilst its screedless installation method makes it ideal to fit over existing subfloors in refurbishment projects.

Its universal panel features a continuous 200μm aluminium diffuser which is pressed into precision omega-shaped grooves, ensuring full pipe contact to draw heat and maximise thermal transfer – providing a more even heat spread and delivering up to +19% higher heat output than comparable models.

Compatible with Warmup’s 16mm PE-RT pipe, the Lo-16 System features 200mm pipe-spacing centres to reduce hydraulic pressure loss and enable larger floor heating circuits with a broader heat coverage, thereby reducing the manifold size and overall system cost. This optimised pipe spacing also enables the heating pipe to be installed without exceeding the minimum bending radius, protecting the warranty unlike competitor panels featuring 150mm centres. Its ancillary panel set includes plain, manifold, service and curved panels, eliminating the need for manual cutting or infilling with levelling compound whilst ensuring a consistent structural performance.
