Sustainability
We want to change the way people heat their homes, so that they live in the most comfortable, efficient, and sustainable environments. Our business model is genuinely focused on addressing climate change and reducing emissions, in line with the UN’s ‘Race to Zero’ campaign. Our smart underfloor heating systems are the most energy and carbon efficient way to heat a home. Since 2019 we have helped our customers save over 445,000t* of CO2e, compared to using traditional heating methods. From 2026 to 2031 we plan to facilitate an additional 1,086,495t* of lifetime CO2e savings, equivalent to over 2.5 million barrels of crude oil. Find out how Warmup solutions can reduce the carbon emissions of your project specification with a free expert consultation. * Internal calculation based on GHG protocol methodology (category 11 – use of emissions). Assumes a lifetime of products for 25 years vs gas boiler & radiators.

UN Global Compact
On 23rd Marc 2026, Warmup Plc joined the United Nations Global Compact, a special initiative of the UN Secretary‑General that promotes responsible and sustainable business practices worldwide. The UN Global Compact calls on companies to align their operations and strategies with Ten Universal Principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environmental responsibility, and anti‑corruption, and to take action in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Since its launch in 2000, the UN Global Compact has become the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, bringing together more than 20,000 companies across over 160 countries, supported by more than 60 Global Compact Country Networks. Through its participation, Warmup Plc is committed to embedding these principles into its governance, strategy and day‑to‑day operations, and to contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive global economy.
BEAMA 2050 Commitment
The BEAMA 2050 Connected Climate Commitment provides a shared framework for science-based targets, governance integration, circular economy principles, and value chain collaboration.
“Warmup Plc is proud to support the BEAMA 2050 Connected Climate Commitment, reflecting our dedication to advancing electric and hydronic underfloor heating and smart home technologies that deliver measurable reductions in both operational and lifecycle carbon emissions. Achieving Net Zero requires coordinated action across the value chain, and BEAMA provides a vital platform for collaboration and consistent progress. Together, we are committed to advancing heating technologies that reduce emissions, support electrification, and contribute to a more sustainable built environment.”
Andrew Stimpson, CEO at Warmup PLC.
EcoVadis
EcoVadis is a sustainability rating platform that helps businesses assess their own environmental, social, and ethical performance, as well as that of their suppliers. The internationally recognised accreditation demonstrates Warmup’s credentials as a sustainability partner, as we seek to continually reduce our global carbon footprint and strive to cut our carbon emissions in half by 2030, and achieve net zero by 2050. As we all become more attuned to the complexities of global supply chains, Warmup are dedicated to improving the impact of our practices on the planet: from optimising freight routes to ensure that we maximise space on every shipment to investing in the usage of more recycled materials in our products and packaging. For our work on sustainability so far, we have been awarded a bronze medal accreditation from EcoVadis, putting us in the TOP 8% of the electrical, plumbing and other construction installation activities industry.
A Commitment to Fairness, Growth, and Respect
Since 2024, Warmup has been proud to demonstrate its commitment to fair pay by becoming a Living Wage Foundation employer, ensuring that all staff are paid a real Living Wage that reflects the true cost of living rather than the government minimum. This independently calculated rate is reviewed and increased annually, helping provide security, dignity, and financial confidence so employees can afford everyday essentials. By supporting the Living Wage Foundation and joining a growing movement of responsible employers across the UK, Warmup reinforces its commitment to putting people first and creating a more sustainable, inclusive workplace.
Forrest Stewardship Council (FSC)
FSC runs the world’s leading forest certification system and works to mitigate the climate and biodiversity crises by advancing responsible forest management worldwide. At Warmup, achieving certification with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is a key part of our commitment to responsible sourcing and transparent communication.
FSC certification ensures that the materials used in our products originate from responsibly managed forests that deliver environmental, social, and economic benefits.
Just as importantly, the FSC trademark provides a clear and trusted way for consumers to identify these products and make informed purchasing decisions.
Community
Supporting the communities around us is essential to achieving meaningful sustainability, as social wellbeing and environmental progress are deeply interconnected. Strong communities create the foundation for long-term resilience and positive change. For Warmup, contributing to local initiatives and fostering shared value is a core part of our sustainable path, ensuring we not only reduce our environmental impact but also help build a more inclusive and thriving society for the future.
Projects We are Part Of
Community Food Rescue
Warmup Inc. supports local communities through volunteering with Community Food Rescue, organising and delivering regular food distributions, including home deliveries for vulnerable residents. Sustained over several years, this initiative provides consistent support to families, especially during holidays, improving access to essential resources and reinforcing Warmup’s commitment to social responsibility within its sustainability strategy.
Young Changemakers In Peru
Warmup supported a student-led initiative in Peru delivering social impact through education and community development. Students led learning activities, rebuilt a school wall, and constructed a rest area in the Sacred Valley. By sponsoring essential materials, Warmup enabled the project, reinforcing our commitment to communityfocused sustainability initiatives.
Vfl Krandel D3 Juniors
Warmup supported the D3 Juniors at Wildeshausen Gymnasium by sponsoring and presenting new team jerseys designed in the club colours. This contribution helps equip young athletes with the resources they need to participate confidently in sport and fosters team spirit and motivation. The initiative reflects Warmup’s commitment to supporting youth development and strengthening local community sport.
