Our Teams

Warmup Smart:

Warmup Smart is shaping the future of home heating by delivering intelligent, connected solutions that make homes more comfortable, energy-efficient, and sustainable. Fundamentally, we connect Warmup’s world-leading expertise in heating directly to customer systems via the smart thermostats and apps we create.

Our team leads the development of smart heating controllers and apps for underfloor and central heating, while developing value added services like SmartCare and AutoSwitch to help users get more performance and peace of mind from their systems. We ensure platform security, optimise performance, and create unique features through continuous innovation and testing to help Warmup be the most desirable choice for connected heating.

Product Department:

The Product Management team defines and delivers product strategy by aligning customer needs with business goals. We own the product roadmap, prioritise features, and guide cross-functional teams such as Technical, Sales & Marketing through development and launch.

Our key responsibilities include market research, stakeholder engagement, and product development. Day-to-day, we oversee the product lifecycle, manage projects, analyse data, and refine product requirements. Ultimately, we act as the voice of the customer and the champion of product excellence.

Marketing:

Marketing at Warmup is where creativity meets strategy – and ideas turn into impact. As the world’s best-selling floor heating brand, we bring the global Warmup story to life; connecting with homeowners, installers, architects, and trade partners in fresh, meaningful ways.

One moment we’re brainstorming bold campaign ideas, the next we’re analysing performance, creating standout videos and visuals, or collaborating with partners on our next big launch.
