The Challenge

Providing an electric underfloor heating system for the penthouse given that the floor was already installed and screeded incorrectly (by other company) with marginal tolerances available.

The Solution

To very tight deadlines, Warmup were contracted to design and supply a system to be installed without compromising other trades. Electric matting system was installed over 6mm insulation board throughout the apartment in order to keep the floor height at a minimum level.

The Result

Warmup heating system installed and commissioned with no disruption to project schedules. Installing Warmup’s low build up StickyMat system resulted the project to be completed within datum levels provided.
