The Challenge

To design, supply and install 150W floor heating system, 200W heated wall system and mirror demisters to the bathrooms of premier and platinum apartments in accordance with works schedule. In the platinum apartment, the existing defective heating system (by other company) had to be replaced with Warmup’s electric underfloor heating.

The Solution

Efficient coordination of the installation team between completing C11 and C12 and commencing installation on G1 and G2 in order to complete installation within a narrow time-frame in accordance to the designs and as installed plans.

The Result

Seamless project coordination and transition with all works completed on time and within budget. 4iE stats reconfigured by Warmup to coordinate heating with Control 4 BMS.
