Where do I find my 4iE’s Device Number?

The 4iE’s device number can be found in multiple places

First, the device number shows up during the initial startup menu and recommends the number be written down. Secondly, it can always be accessed afterwards on the device itself.

Simply go to your 4iE thermostat and select the following: Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings > About > Info

The device number will be listed on this screen.
You can also find the device number through the MyHeating app and web portal.
