What if my Warmup thermostat screen is black and won’t turn on?


Check the brighness settings of your thermostat through the ‘Menu’ options and raise the brightness higher if needed.

If your thermostat screen has no display and will not turn on, the thermostat could be wired incorrectly.
You will need to get an electrician make sure the thermostat is wired correctly. Incorrect wiring will cause the screen to not illuminate.
If the wiring is confirmed to be correct, it maybe that there is no supply going to the thermostat. Check the fuse in the fuse spur and make sure that you 230/240V is being supplied to the thermostat.

Also, make sure the pins on the back of the thermostat face fit into their counterparts on the thermostat back. If the pins are damaged or not making contact correctly, the thermostat screen will not power on.
