Why won’t my background picture upload on my 4iE?

If you are having difficulty uploading a background picture on your 4iE Smart Wi-Fi thermostat, make sure the background setting is set to ‘Uploaded’ and also that picture file is smaller than 2mb.

Please refer to the programming manual for further information about your 4iE Smart Wi-Fi thermostat.
